Many of our diamonds come to us with independent certification from the GIA, EGL, and others; however, we still put these through our own AGS certified grading laboratory. We find that on some occasions, they are graded too high. A grading laboratory cannot be held legally responsible for the grade they put on a diamond, but the jeweler can. We take our responsibility very seriously. After all, we have a reputation for fine quality and craftsmanship and are members of the only society that is dedicated to the protection of the consumer, theAmerican Gem Society.

- INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASEis a Lifetime upgrade! We will give you exactly the amount of the original purchase price of your diamond towards the purchase of anything of greater value in our store. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
- INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASEare lifetime maintenance inspections! Gotta-Love-it guarantee TM! If the recipient simply doesn't love it, we will give you - the purchaser - your money back in full. If the recipient does not love it within 30 days, we will refund the purchaser the same way you paid us! Cash, check, credit card, etc.
- INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASEis your first year of insurance coverage for NO additional charge. We provide an all-risk insurance policy against loss, theft or damage of your ring for the first year. We've got you covered... no matter what... if you lose it, if it's stolen, if you damage it, even if the dog eats it... no matter what. Peace of mind without the hassle of dealing with homeowner's insurance or renter's insurance. After the first year, our insurance company, for a nominal and competitive fee, will continue to cover your engagement ring for as long as you like. You make your check payable to the insurance company (we receive none of the premium) and if there is a problem, we will replace your engagement ring (not some insurance company who is trying to minimize their loss) - ensuring that you receive the same quality you had or better!
